How It Was Built

From inconsistent to unmistakable.

Profile & content audit
Reviewed existing posts, identified what was working, what wasn't landing, and where the visual inconsistency was most damaging to the brand's credibility.

Brand direction & kit
Defined the visual direction — colours, typefaces, icon style, and spacing — and built the Canva brand kit so every template stayed on-brand without extra effort.

Template & copy build
Produced the full template suite across four pillars, wrote caption frameworks for each post type, and created the weekly calendar structure for easy rotation.

System handover
Delivered the brand kit, all templates, caption frameworks, hashtag sets, and a simple batching guide — so posting became faster and more consistent from week to week.
Context

What this was built to solve.

The challenge Vera's Creatives offered high-quality design and creative services, but the Instagram presence didn't reflect that. Posts were inconsistent in format and quality — some looked polished, others didn't. The account felt like a personal page rather than a professional creative business. There was no posting system, no defined visual identity for social, and no reliable way to show up consistently.
Outcome
A professional-looking Instagram presence with a consistent visual identity, reusable template system, and a posting structure that made ongoing content production significantly faster. The brand started showing up as the calibre of business it actually was.
