Custom web app questions.

A website presents information. A custom web app manages logic — user accounts, permissions, records, and workflows that change based on who's using it and what they do. If your project needs logins, roles, or data that persists and updates, it's an application, not a website.
If your workflow, roles, and required integrations are already clear, we can scope the build directly. The Blueprint is recommended when any of those are still undefined — it prevents scope surprises once development starts.
Ongoing maintenance and new feature work is a separate retainer engagement. Post-delivery support covers defects in the agreed scope only.
You do. Repositories, hosting, and any connected accounts are set up under your ownership from the start, or transferred at handover as agreed in the proposal.
