It replaces fragmented spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual tracking with a structured internal system designed around how Rue Solutions actually operates.

The Challenge

Operations were spread across too many disconnected tools.

As Rue Solutions took on more clients, leads, and active projects, the operational picture lived in scattered spreadsheets, chat threads, and standalone task boards. There was no single place to see which leads needed follow-up, which projects were behind, or where money stood across active engagements. Status updates required checking multiple tools by hand, and onboarding a new client meant recreating the same setup work each time.

Rue Web OS consolidates lead intake, client records, project tracking, task management, onboarding, and finance visibility into a single authenticated workspace — with a responsive interface usable from desktop or mobile, backed by a connected database architecture.
