Four steps from problem to system.

Audit existing tools

Reviewed how tasks, updates, and status information were spread across Sheets, ClickUp, and other tools — identifying the data gaps.

Design the dashboard structure

Defined what the owner needs to see at a glance: active tasks, delays, daily activity, and a health indicator based on task completion rates.

Build the sync layer

Connected Sheets → ClickUp → Make to aggregate and normalize the data, then built the Notion dashboard views on top.

Test & hand over

Verified all data was syncing correctly, tested delay flagging logic, and documented how to maintain the system and update thresholds.

Context

What this was built to solve.

The business had no central view of what was active, delayed, or completed. The owner had to check multiple tools separately to understand what was happening across operations. Delays were only discovered reactively, not proactively.

Outcome

Better visibility, faster monitoring, and clearer decision-making across operations.
