Why this was built — and then rebuilt.

The original build Rue Solutions needed a professional website that demonstrated the quality of the operational and digital systems work being offered. The original was built on Framer — fast to deploy, dark-mode first, with animated service cards showing real UI mockups of each service type. It included a full pricing section, case studies, and Cal.com booking integration.
The rebuild
The Framer dependency created an ongoing subscription cost and limited full ownership of the portfolio. The rebuild moved every page, project, and case study into a fully coded local site — preserving all content, adding 20+ new project pages, and introducing a dark/light theme system, animated Living Operations System hero, and full portfolio architecture.

How the site was designed and built.

Visual direction
Established the dark-plum aesthetic, purple accent system, and typography scale. Built the Framer site around these foundations with animated service card UI mockups.

Services & case studies
Built the services bento with live UI mockups inside each card — task boards, lead lists, AI chat, Shopify schedules — to demonstrate each system capability visually.

Pricing & process
Designed and built the full pricing section (5 tiers), the 4-step process section, the System Flow diagram, and the testimonials section with real client quotes.

Coded rebuild
Rebuilt the entire site from Framer into HTML/CSS/JS — adding dark/light themes, 20+ project pages, the Living Operations System hero, and full portfolio architecture.
