We work primarily in Notion, ClickUp, and Airtable. The choice depends on your workflow, team size, and existing tools. We'll recommend based on your actual needs, not preference for a specific platform.
Basic data entry is included where practical. Large data migrations are scoped separately. We recommend starting with the structure and adding historical data progressively unless a specific migration is required.
Team workspaces with multiple users and permission structures are scoped based on the number of users and complexity. Basic team setups are within the standard scope; advanced permission structures may affect pricing.
Yes, when it makes sense. Sometimes it's better to build fresh alongside an existing workspace and migrate over. We assess which approach fits your situation during discovery.
