Automation questions answered.

We always map the workflow before building anything. If your process needs clarifying first, we do that during discovery. An unclear process should not be automated — we'll help you define it before we build.
We primarily work with Make, Zapier, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Tally, Shopify, Gmail, and most tools with standard integrations. Custom API work is scoped separately.
The base scope covers one primary workflow across up to two tools. Additional workflows are quoted as separate line items based on complexity.
Post-delivery support covers defects in the agreed scope. We document known limitations during handover. If a tool's API changes after delivery, that's treated as a separate support request.
